Pointilliste Ink With Watercolour: Woody Nightshade Detail

I spent a lot of time developing my pointilliste ink style, and still have a few of these works.
In the old days, pointillisme was much in demand for illustrations (for books, ads, and in newspapers. )
Furthermore, people bought these for their homes, the technique being very fine.

I have used a few pointilliste pieces for drafting xeroxes (large-scale xerox copies.
Xerox art became popular in the early eighties. I added collage to my xeroxed art, to produce further printwork, adding watercolour sketching to these.
